Siena

Today I went on a program-sponsored trip to Siena. I saw St. Catherine of Siena's preserved head, which was thoroughly disturbing, visited the Museo Civico in the city hall, visited the cathedral and saw what they claimed to be St. John the Baptist's right arm, walked to the vista point at the top of an unfinished part of the cathedral, had a ridiculously delicious lunch, and heard a lecture about the Palio, a historic horse race they run twice a year in Siena.
